thereby committed to be paid, regardless of the period of time
over which such payments are to be made, shall be included); [or]

(2)  A registrant; or

(3)  Regulated by the executive agency of the official
or employee.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This deletes an extraneous conjunction in
Article 40A, § l-201(e).

The extraneous disjunctive conjunction, "or", was
contained in Ch. 796 of the Acts of 1981.

2-101.

This article shall be administered and implemented by the
following three ethics agencies:

(1)  The Joint Committee on Legislative Ethics, acting
as an advisory body as to the application of the provisions of
Title 3 of this article to members of the General Assembly,
within the limitations and procedures prescribed by this article;

(2)  The Judicial Disabilities Commission or a body to
be designated by the Court of Appeals, acting as an advisory body
as to the application of the provisions of Titles 3 and 4 to
State officials of the judicial branch, within the limitations
and procedures prescribed by this article; AND

(3)  The State Ethics Commission, established pursuant
to Section 2-102 of this article, as to all other matters
prescribed by this article.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects the omission of a conjunction
in Article 40A, § 2-101.

The conjunction, "and", was omitted from Ch. 513 of
the Acts of 1979.

The omission of the conjunction was noted by the
Michie Company.

2-103.

(h) (1) The Commission shall make the determinations
required by [subsection l-201(aa)] § 1-201(AA) OF THIS TITLE upon
the advice of the Secretary of Personnel who shall provide that
advice on or before October 1, 1981, annually thereafter, and at
any other time upon request of the Commission.
