13-934.

(a)  When registered with the Administration, every vehicle
used as a vanpool vehicle is a Class J (vanpool) vehicle.

(b)  For each Class J (vanpool) vehicle, the annual
registration fee is [$30] 37.50 $45.00 $40.50.

13-935.

(a)  In this section, "farm area motor vehicle" means a
motor vehicle owned by a farmer and operated only on a farm or on
a highway adjacent to the farm.

(b)  If registered with the Administration under this
section, every farm area motor vehicle is a Class K (farm area)
vehicle.

(c)  For each Class K (farm area) vehicle, the annual
registration fee is [$1] $2 2.50 1.35.

(2) If the vehicle is required to registered under
§ 13-423 of this article or if the vehicle is a Class J (vanpool)
vehicle, it is exempt from the registration fee specified in this
subsection.

13-933.1.

(a) Every motor vehicle that is used for the transportation
of passengers for hire and is required to register under § 13-423
of this article, is a Class P (passenger bus) vehicle.

(b) For each Class P (passenger bus) vehicle the annual
registration fee is as follows:

20 passengers or less-----------------------[$ 70] $90

21 to 31 passengers---------------------------[135] 170

over 31 passengers:

2 axle vehicle----------------------------[180] 225

3 axle vehicle----------------------------[280] 350
