under § 13-912 of this article shall be distributed to the
counties and municipalities in accordance with §§ 8-404 and 8-405
of this article. During the month of June of each fiscal year
beginning in fiscal year 1988, the Department shall review the
distribution of fees collected under § 13-912 of this article for
that fiscal year to determine if the following distribution has
occurred; 17.5 percent to Baltimore City; 17.5 percent to the
counties and municipalities; and 65 percent to the Department of
Transportation. If it is found that the total fiscal year
distribution of those fees does not equal this distribution, the
Department of Transportation shall adjust the distribution of
those fees to achieve that distribution in the next fiscal year.]

SECTION 4 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:

Article - Transportation

12-112.

(a) Unless the information is classified as confidential
under § 12-111 of this subtitle or otherwise as provided by law,
and subject to the provisions of subsection of this section,
the Administration may furnish listings of vehicle registration
and other public information in its records to those persons who
request them, but only if the Administration approves of the
purpose for which the information is requested.

(b) The Administration shall charge a fee for any listing
furnished under this section. The fee charged may not be less
than the cost to this State of preparing that listing. THE
REVENUE FROM THE FEE SHALL NOT BE SUBJECT TO THE DISTRIBUTION
PROVISIONS OF TITLE 8, SUBTITLE 4, OF THIS ARTICLE.

12-113.

(a) (1) The Administration or any other officer or employee
of the Administration designated by the Administrator may prepare
and deliver on request a certified copy of any record of the
Administration.

(2) The Administration may change a fee of $2 for
each document it certifies. THE REVENUE FROM THE FEE SHALL NOT

E SUBJECT TO THE DlSTRIBUTION PROVISIONS OF TITLE 8, SUBTITLE 4,
OF THIS ARTICLE.

(3) No change shall be made to a police agency on
court in this or any other state on a police agency on court of
the United States government.
