(ii) Include at least 1 individual who has been
under the jurisdiction of the [Administration] AGENCY.

(c) (1) The term of a member is 3 years.

(2)  The terms of members are staggered as required by
the terms provided for members of the State Advisory Board OF
JUVENILE SERVICES on July 1, 1982. The terms of one third of
those members end each year.

(3)  At the end of a term, a member continues to serve
until a successor is appointed and qualifies.

(4)  A member who is appointed after a term has begun
serves only for the rest of the term and until a successor is
appointed and qualifies.

(5)  A member who serves 2 consecutive full 3-year
terms may not be reappointed for 3 years after completion of
those terms.

(a)  From among the members of the State Advisory Board, the
[Secretary] GOVERNOR shall appoint a chairman.

(b)  (1) From among the members of the State Advisory Board,
the Board chairman shall appoint a Board secretary.

(2) The Board secretary shall keep full and accurate
minutes of each Board meeting.

(a)  The State Advisory Board shall meet regularly at least
10 times a year, on the call of its chairman.

(b)  A member of the State Advisory Board:                                                 

(1)  May not receive compensation; but

(2)  Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under
the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State
budget.

(c)  A member of the State Advisory Board may not have a
direct or indirect interest in any contract for building,
repairing, equipping, or providing materials or supplies to the
[Administration] AGENCY or have any other financial interest in a
contract with the [Administration] AGENCY.
