(g) With the cooperation of the District Court, the
Administration shall develop procedures to carry out those
provisions of this section that relate to the suspension of
driving privileges.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

(House Bill 809)

AN ACT concerning

Corporations - investment Companies

FOR the purpose of authorizing the board of directors of a
corporation in this State that is registered as an open-end
company under the federal Investment Company Act of 1940 to
increase or decrease the numbers of shares of stock;
providing a certain exception; requiring the board of
directors of certain corporations to file certain articles
supplementary; providing that certain corporations may not
be required to hold an annual meeting under certain
circumstances; and generally relating to corporations in
this State registered as an open-end company under a
specific federal act.
