AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - "Street Rods" - Registration

FOR the purpose of altering the definition of "historic motor
vehicle" to exclude certain vehicles commonly referred to as
"street rods"; defining the term "street rod"; providing for
the registration of street rods; providing that the
registration of street rods registered before a certain date
as historic motor vehicles shall remain valid until a
certain time; establishing a registration fee; requiring an
application for registration as a street rod to contain
specified certifications; requiring the Motor Vehicle
Administration to issue a special registration plate at a
certain time; exempting a vehicle registered as a street rod
from certain provisions of law; and generally relating to
the registration of street rods.
