(II) ALL REFUNDS SHALL BE MADE 3 WEEKS AFTER
THE LICENSE IS SURRENDERED TO THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS.

(2) IF AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSE IS ISSUED FOR A
PERIOD OF LESS THAN THE FULL RENEWAL PERIOD, THE LICENSE FEE
SHALL BE PRORATED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF WHOLE MONTHS REMAINING
IN THAT RENEWAL PERIOD.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the provisions
of this Act shall only apply to licenses surrendered and licenses
that are applied for after July 1, 1987.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Kent County - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses - "Bed and
Breakfast" and "Country Inn"

FOR the purpose of authorizing the issuance of 7-day special
Class B (Bed and Breakfast) on-sale beer, wine and liquor
licenses and 7-day special Class B (Country Inn) on-sale
beer, wine and liquor licenses in Kent County; defining
certain words; establishing qualifications of applicants;
providing for the scope of each license; setting fees for
the licenses; providing that a license issued under this Act
is void under certain circumstances; and generally relating
to a special Class B (Bed and Breakfast) beer, wine and
liquor license and a special Class B (Country Inn) beer,
wine and liquor license in Kent County.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
