the replacements on receiving information satisfactory to it and
payment of the required fee.

(h) On receipt of the replacements, the original
registration card and all of the original registration plates and
validation tabs issued for that vehicle shall be surrendered to
the Administration.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Driving While License Canceled, Suspended,
Refused, or Revoked - Penalties

FOR the purpose of correcting certain penalties for violations of
certain prohibitions against a person driving while the
person's license to drive is canceled, suspended, refused,
or revoked; making technical and stylistic changes; and
making this Act an emergency measure.
