Prince George's County shall be deemed authorized to obtain
police records on applicants and their agents from the Maryland
State Police and county police. The board will destroy these
records upon completion of its necessary use of such records;

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

Howard County - Education - Board Salaries

FOR the purpose of altering the salaries of the members of the
Board of Education in Howard County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 3-503(a)

Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Education

3-503.

(a) The Chairman of the County Board is entitled to receive
[$3,600] $6,800 annually as compensation and the other members
are entitled to receive [$3,000] $6,000 each annually as
compensation.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.
