BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 21-204(b)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Health Occupations

21-204.

(b) [(l) The executive director shall have a broad
knowledge of well drilling.

(2)] The executive director [shall devote fall
time to THE TIME THAT IS NECESSARY TO FULFILL the duties of the
office and] may not hold any position or engage in another
business that interferes or appears to be inconsistent with the
position of executive director.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Montgomery County - Board of Education - Compensation

FOR the purpose of altering the annual compensation of the
President and the elected members of the Montgomery County
Board of Education who are elected to office after a certain
date; and providing that this Act does not affect the
incumbent members and the President of the Montgomery County
Board of Education.
