SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Board of Chiropractic Examiners

FOR the purpose of altering the membership of the Board of

Chiropractic Examiners; altering the term of Board members;

and generally relating to the Board of Chiropractic
Examiners.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 3-202(a) and (f)
Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Health Occupations

3-202.

(a) (1) The Board consists of [four] 5 members.

(2)  Of the [four] 5 members:

(i) [Three] 4 shall be licensed chiropractors;
and

(ii) [One] 1 shall be a consumer member.

(3)  The Governor shall appoint the chiropractor
members, with the advice of the Secretary, AND WITH THE ADVICE
AND CONSENT OF THE SENATE, from a list of qualified individuals
submitted to the Governor by the Maryland Chiropractic
