LAWS OF MARYLAND

Ch. 230

(i) Possess the power of a peace officer of
this State with respect to the enforcement of the alcoholic
beverages laws of Frederick County;

(ii) Make monthly reports in writing to the
license commissioners of Frederick County covering the activities
and setting forth any complaints or violations that may have been
observed or reported;

(iii) Assist the board of license commissioners
in enforcing the alcoholic beverages laws; and

(iv) Have any other duties as the board may
prescribe.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

(House Bill 834)

AN ACT concerning

Frederick County - Minimum Tax Levy for
Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Companies

FOR the purpose of altering in Frederick County the minimum
amount which is required to be provided to recognized
volunteer fire companies and volunteer rescue and: ambulance
companies under certain circumstances; and clarifying
language.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
