AND DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS RECEIVED UNDER THIS TITLE.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

inspectors for Frederick County; repealing a provision on

inspectors for Frederick County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(d) (1) The Governor shall appoint [2] 1 alcoholic
beverages [inspectors] INSPECTOR, with the advice and consent of:

(i) The Senate; or
