(f)  The Attorney General is authorized to prosecute all
civil cases arising hereunder which are referred to him by the
Commissioner for that purpose.

(g)  Any employer who violates the provisions of this
subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine not to
exceed $100.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Anne Arundel County - Federal Government
Reimbursements - Fire Fighting or Rescue Activities

FOR the purpose of exempting Anne Arundel County from the
requirement that agreements made with the federal government
for the provision of fire fighting or rescue activities on
federal property contain certain provisions relating to
reimbursement for all or part of the cost incurred; and
generally relating to agreements with the federal government
to provide fire fighting or rescue activities.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

38.

(a) Any board of fire commissioners, fire company, rescue
squad, governmental subdivision, or fire department, acting
through authorized agents, may in their discretion, enter into
agreement with the federal government for the provision of fire
fighting or rescue activities on property which is under the
jurisdiction of the United States.
