AN ACT concerning

Alcoholic Beverages - Reporting by Counties

FOR the purpose of providing that requiring any legislative
regulation of enactment concerning alcoholic beverages by a
local governing body is effective only upon receipt of the
enactment by a to be sent to a certain State agency.

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

Section 206B to under the amended subtitle "Alcoholic

Beverages in the Counties"

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

A COPY OF ANY LEGISLATIVE REGULATION OF ENACTMENT CONCERNING
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY THE LOCAL GOVERNING BODY UNDER THE
AUTHORITY OF THIS SUBTITLE IS EFFECTIVE ONLY UPON RECEIPT OF A
COPY OF THE ENACTMENT BY SHALL BE SENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF
LEGISLATIVE REFERENCE, 90 STATE CIRCLE, ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND
21401.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.
