(1)  Otherwise is entitled to be licensed;

(2)  Pays to the Board a renewal fee of [$25] $50; and

(3)  Submits to the Board:

(i) A renewal application on the form that the
Board requires; and

(ii) Satisfactory evidence of compliance with
any continuing education requirement set under this title for
license renewal.

(a) (1) Except for a funeral establishment license, a
license issued under this title expires on the [May 1 after its
effective date] DATE SET BY THE BOARD, unless the license is
renewed for [a 1-year] AN ADDITIONAL term as provided in this
section. A LICENSE MAY NOT BE RENEWED FOR A TERM LONGER THAN 2
YEARS.

(2) A funeral establishment license expires on the
[October 1 after its effective date] DATE SET BY THE BOARD,
unless the license is renewed for [a 1-year] AN ADDITIONAL term
as provided in this section. A LICENSE MAY NOT BE RENEWED FOR A
TERM LONGER THAN 2 YEARS.

(c) Except as otherwise provided in this section, before a
license expires, the licensee periodically may renew it for an
additional [1-year] 2-YEAR term, if the licensee:

(1)  Otherwise is entitled to be licensed;

(2)  Except as otherwise provided under this title,
pays to the Board a renewal fee of [$50] $100; and

(3)  Submits to the Board a renewal application on the
form that it requires.

(f) Before a funeral director license expires, the licensee
may renew it for an additional [1-year] 2-YEAR term if the
licensee:

(1)  Otherwise is entitled to be licensed;

(2)  Pays to the Board a renewal fee of [$25] $50;

(3)  Submits to the Board a renewal application on the
form that the Board requires; and

(4)  Has renewed the license [annually] BIENNIALLY.
