SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 11-210, 11-211, 11-214, 11-215, 11-216,
11-305, 11-306, 11-307, and 11-309 through 11-315, respectively,
of Article - Agriculture of the Annotated Code of Maryland be
renumbered to be Section(s) 11-205, 11-206, 11-209, 11-210,
11-211, 11-304, 11-305, 11-306, and 11-308 through 11-314,
respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:
