not be construed to extend or apply to the salary or compensation
of the Registers of Wills in office on the effective date of this
Act, but the provisions of this Act concerning the salary or
compensation of the Registers of Wills shall take effect at the
beginning of the next following term of office.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

State Fire Marshal - False Representation

FOR the purpose of prohibiting any person from falsely
representing himself as being a State Fire Marshal or a
sworn employee of the Office of the State Fire Marshal under
certain circumstances; and prohibiting a person from having,
using, wearing, or displaying specific articles adopted by
the Office of the State Fire Marshal under certain
circumstances.
