LAWS OF MARYLAND

Ch. 148

(1)  SHALL HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN
PHYSICAL THERAPY ADMINISTRATION, EDUCATION, PRACTICE, OR RESEARCH
IMMEDIATELY BEFORE APPOINTMENT; AND

(2)  SHALL BE ENGAGED IN THE PRACTICE PROFESSION OF
PHYSICAL THERAPY IN THIS STATE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

CHAPTER 148

(Senate Bill 447)

AN ACT concerning

Cecil County - Finance and Taxation

FOR the purpose of repealing the provision in the Cecil County
Code that directs the Cecil County Treasurer, under certain
conditions, to conduct a partial sale of the real estate of
a taxpayer in order to pay delinquent State and county
taxes; and generally relating to the repeal of certain
provisions of law relating to partial sales of real estate
in Cecil County to pay certain delinquent taxes.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 8 - Cecil County

9-13.

[(d) The real estate of a delinquent taxpayer may be sold
to pay state and county taxes whether there be personal property
or not; and whenever it shall be unnecessary for the treasurer to
sell the entire real property with which a delinquent taxpayer is
assessed, he shall estimate the quantity thereof which, in his
judgment, will be sufficient to pay the taxes in arrears,
interest, costs and expenses above set forth, and shall require a
competent surveyor to lay off and make a plat and description of
