652 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 122 Article - Health - General (a) In this section, "youth services bureau" means a (1) To provide community oriented delinquency (2) To ameliorate conditions that breed delinquency, (3) To function as an advocate of youth needs. (b) (1) The Administration shall adopt rules and (2) The rules and regulations shall require that each (i) Individual, family, and group counseling; (ii) Referral and information services; (iii) Crisis intervention, INCLUDING (iv) Informal counseling; and (v) In accordance with particular community 1. Tutoring; 2. Alternative leisure activities; 3. Employment assistance; 4. Community education, INCLUDING 5. Other specialized services. (c) The Administration shall: (1) As to each youth services bureau receiving State (i) Monitor its operations; (ii) Evaluate annually its effectiveness; and
