(10) State Board of Waterworks and Waste Systems
operators (§ 20-201 of the Health Occupations Article); [and]

(11) State Board of Well Drillers (§ 21-201 of the
Health Occupations Article); AND

(12) INTERAGENCY COORDINATING COUNCIL ON ADOLESCENT
PREGNANCY, PARENTING, AND PREGNANCY PREVENTION (§ 13-704 OF THE

HEALTH - GENERAL ARTICLE) AND STATEWIDE ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON

ADOLESCENT PREGNANCY, PARENTING, AND PREGNANCY PREVENTION (§
13-711 OF THE HEALTH - GENERAL ARTICLE).

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

Governor's Council on Adolescent Pregnancy

FOR the purpose of providing for the establishment of a State
program concerning the problems of adolescent pregnancy,
parenting, and pregnancy prevention; establishing a
Governor's Council on Adolescent Pregnancy; providing for
the membership, appointment, terms, and compensation for
members of the Council; providing for officers, staff, and
powers and duties of the Council; providing for the
termination of this Act; providing for the evaluation of
community incentive grants relating to adolescent pregnancy;
and generally relating to the Governor's Council on
Adolescent Pregnancy.

BY adding to

Section 15-101 through 15-301 inclusive, to be under the new

title, "Title 15. Governor's Council on Adolescent

Pregnancy"
