MARYLAND, That "Part I. In General" precede Section 14-101 of the
Health - General Article.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:

(A)  IN THIS PART II OF THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS
HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.

(B)  "DEPARTMENT" MEANS THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND MENTAL
HYGIENE.

(C)  "EMPLOYEE" MEANS A STATE EMPLOYEE.

(D)  "EMPLOYEE OCCUPANT" MEANS A STATE EMPLOYEE WHO IS
ASSIGNED OR WILL BE ASSIGNED TO A STATE-OWNED STATE-OCCUPIED
BUILDING.
