DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an erroneous reference in
Article 64A, § 48E.

Ch. 217 of the Acts of the Regular Session of the
General Assembly of 1985 created an Employee's Health
Insurance Advisory Council. It is the Council to
which the Governor appoints members.

The error occurred in Ch. 217.

The error was noted by the Michie Company.

Article 70B - Office on Aging

17A.

(c) (3) The term of a member is 3 years. The terms of
members are staggered as required by the terms provided for
members of the [board] COMMITTEE on July 1, 1985.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an erroneous reference in
Article 70B, § 17A(c)(3).

Ch. 752 of the Acts of the Regular Session of the
General Assembly of 1985 created a Financial Review
Committee in the Office on Aging. It is the members
of the Committee who serve 3 years. The error occurred
in Ch. 752.
