General Fund Appropriation, provided that
appropriations made and positions
established for this program shall be
authorized only for the duration of the
litigation for which they are provided,
and provided further that not funds may
be expended for outside counsel until
the budget committees have approved a
plan detailing the impact of the savings
and loan crisis on the state's present
and future needs for legal staff, the
extent to which the State Prosecutor may
be utilized in this effort, an the
schedule of fees proposed for outside
counsel, provided that the Attorney
General shall report to the budget
committees concerning the status of
savings and loan related civil
litigation and related fiscal
requirements not later than July 1, 1986
and provided further that the budget
committees shall be provided advance
notice with detailed justification
before additional funds may be
transferred to this purpose.............
