supplement the appropriation for
fiscal year 1986 to provide funds
for salaries, wages, and
operating expenses for an
Assistant Director and staff to
oversee the operations of the
various institutions in the
Juvenile Services Administration.
General Fund Appropriation,
provide that $73,032 of this
appropriation may not be expended
for programs 32.08.01.01 General
Admin., 32.08.01.01 Juvenile
Probation and Court Services or
transferred to any juvenile
institution's budget or
transferred to any other
administration or institution in
the Department of Health and
Mental Hygiene...................
32.08.01.02 Juvenile Probation and
Court Services
To become available immediately
upon passage of this budget to
supplement the appropriation for
fiscal year 1986 to provide funds
for salaries, wages, and
operating expenses for four
Administrators and supporting
staff to oversee the existing
regional operation.
General Fund Appropriation,
provided that $170,159 of this
appropriation may not be expended
for programs 32.08.01.01 General
Admin.; 32.08.01.02 Juvenile
Probation and Court Services or
transferred to any juvenile
institution's budget or
transferred to any other
administration or institution in
