AN ACT concerning

Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heating Servicing

FOR the purpose of amending the license requirements, terms
of licenses, and fees for licenses for air conditioning,
refrigeration and heating contractors and mechanics.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

SUBTITLE 2A. AIRCONDITIONING, REFRIGERATION,

AND HEATING SERVICING.
Sections 2A-103 and 2A-105,
The Prince George's County Code

Effective Date September 6, 1985.

AN ORDINANCE concerning

Recreational Programs, Before- and After-School

FOR the purpose of amending the requirements for
recreational programs for school-aged children, which operate
before or after school in a community-oriented facility, by
expanding the age limit for children who may participate in such
programs and expanding the permitted hours of operation.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

Section 27-107.1(a)(201),
