AN EMERGENCY ACT to clarify that the definition of
"transfer" with regard to property transfer tax includes an act
by which REAL property IS ASSESSED ON THE BASIS OF FARM OR
AGRICULTURAL USE AND is transferred to a government agency on the
assessment records and removed from the tax rolls under the power
of eminent domain.
