AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal or amend Sections of the
Montgomery County Code that relate to the applicability of County
law within municipal corporations for the purpose of removing
duplicative provisions made unnecessary by Chapter 33 Laws of
Montgomery County 1984; and to repeal an obsolete provision
regarding the validity of standards, codes, regulations, or
ordinances adopted before and after Article IV, title
"Legislative Branch", of Chapter 2 became law.
