AN ACT concerning

Heating Systems - Rental Dwelling Units

FOR the purpose of requiring the owners of one (1), two (2) or
three (3) family rental dwelling units to maintain within
such units a minimum temperature at certain times; providing
certain remedies to tenants; and providing civil monetary
penalties.

County Code, 1978, 1983 Supplement, to read as follows:
