AN ACT concerning

Notice and hearing of front foot benefit assessments.

FOR the purpose of providing that real property owners subject to
front foot benefit assessments as a result of the
construction of sewer and water improvements shall receive
notice of proposed front foot assessments and a hearing,
when requested, on front foot benefit assessments in
instances where the county constructs sewer and water
improvements under the authority of Baltimore County Code,
1978, Title 34.
