ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY RESOLUTIONS

Resolution No. 2-85

A RESOLUTION for the purpose of supplementing and amending
Resolution No. 117-82, adopted by the County Council of Anne
Arundel County, Maryland on October 13, 1982 and approved by the
director of Administration of Anne Arundel County, Maryland on
October 14, 1982, which authorized the issuance of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Annapolis
Commerce Park Project), 1982 Series (the "Bond"), in the
aggregate principal amount not to exceed $6,000,000, the proceeds
thereof were to be loaned to Annapolis Commerce Park Limited
Partnership, a Maryland limited partnership to finance the
acquisition of approximately 20 acres of land located on
Industrial Drive and fronting on the north side of Bestgate Road
across from the Annapolis Mall Shopping Center in the Second
Assessment District of Anne Arundel County, Maryland (the
"Land"), the clearing and grading of the Land and the
construction thereon of buildings to be leased to tenants then
yet. to be determined for industrial storage and office facilities
