Wastewater Discharge Requirements

FOR the purpose of establishing certain wastewater discharge
requirements for discharge into the County system; a fee schedule
and permit requirements; public disclosure procedures;
enforcement authority and penalties and fines for noncompliance;
and matters generally relating thereto.

BY adding

Sections 15A-500 through 15A-506, inclusive, to be under the
new subtitle, "Subtitle 5. Wastewater Discharge
Requirements"

commissions or other agencies of the County government for the
current fiscal year; providing funding from unanticipated
revenues to the Department of Inspections and Permits and
Department of Public Works; providing funding from revenues
received from anticipated sources in excess of budget estimates
to the Health Department; and providing funding from
unanticipated revenues to the County Council.
