A PUBLIC LOCAL LAW ENTITLED
"Amendment to Animal Control Ordinance"
SECTION I
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Allegany
County, Maryland did, on November 5, 1984, enact Code Home Rule
Bill No. 3-84 entitled "Animal Control Ordinance"; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the enactment fails to
adequately provide for the control of animals which disturb the
peace and quiet of inhabited areas; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of County
Commissioners of Allegany County, Maryland, to amend the Animal
Control Ordinance to provide adequate controls for animals
disturbing the peace and quiet of inhabited areas. Section IX:
ANIMAL VIOLATIONS, Subsection C: Dogs Disturbing the Peace, be
repealed and re-enacted with amendments

"Amendment to Bowling Green and Robert's Place Committee"
SECTION I
WHEREAS, the Bowling Green and Robert's Place Committee was
created and authorized by Chapter 637 of the Laws of Maryland,
1972 and authorized and empowered to acquire and maintain a
utility system, a system of street lights, a water system for
sanitary and fire prevention purposes, and street signs; and
WHEREAS, the Bowling Green and Robert's Place Committee has
requested that they be granted authority to provide for the
collection of refuse, the establishment of parks and recreation
facilities, and be authorized to make certain community
improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Allegany
County, Maryland, believes that it is in the best interest of the
residents of the Bowling Green and Robert's Place Special Taxing
Area to have available to it such additional services as refuse
