WHEREAS, The Mayor and Common Council of Westminster find it
desirable to provide for a greater flexibility as to the
scheduling of the regular monthly meeting or meetings of the
Mayor and Common Council; and

WHEREAS, The Mayor and Common Council of Westminster find it
desirable to amend Section 11 of the Charter of the City of
Westminster.
