for those jurisdictions that have
an automated system and that opt
to be part of the State Child
Support Enforcement System.

Funds are appropriated in the
Department of Employment and
Training budget to pay for
services provided by this
program. Authorization is hereby
granted to use these receipts as
special funds for operating
expenses in this program.
