32.11.02.02 Community Services to
Alcoholics

General Fund Appropriation,
provided that $1,694,573 of this

appropriation made for the

purpose of grants for community
services to alcoholics may not be

expended until the Budget

Committees review and approve a

report from the department

concerning allocation of

alcoholism and drug abuse grant
funds. The report should provide
incidence and prevalence data on
abuse of alcohol and drugs, by
subdivision. It should report on
methods used by the federal
government and other states for
allocating alcoholism and drug

abuse grant funds. The

advantages and disadvantages of
each method, as well as the
impact on each local subdivision,
should be discussed. The report
should be submitted by July 1,
