Of the amount hereby appropriated,
funds for Home Health Services,
Master Plan for Water and Sewage,
Air Quality, Rodent Eradication,
Geriatric Screening and
Evaluation, and Community Health
Education shall be apportioned
among the several political
subdivisions in the same manner
as heretofore provided with
respect to the minimum budget for
other general local health
services.

General Fund Appropriation,
provided that any increase over
the fiscal year 1986 amount shall

be withheld from any local

subdivision which fails to make
the contribution to its Health
Systems Agency determined by the

Health Resources Planning

Commission. In determining the

contribution of each local

subdivision, the Health Resources
Planning Commission shall require
each Health Systems Agency to put
up a local match equivalent to
15% of the State contribution.......
