the Court
General Fund Appropriation.........

It is the policy of the General
Assembly that no clerk shall
enhance the data processing
capacity of that clerks' office

without approval of the

Comptroller and concurrence of
the State Court Administration.
Approval shall not be granted
unless the proposed enhancement
is compatible with an information

processing plan for clerks

statewide. The Comptroller and
the Judiciary should proceed
expeditiously to develop such a
plan during the 1986 interim.
