dieticians, who have experience in treating eating disorders,
especially anorexia nervosa and bulimia; and

(4)  2 representatives appointed by the Governor from
the psychiatric community, including psychiatrists,
psychologists, psychiatric social workers, and psychiatric
nurses, who have experience in treating eating disorders,
especially anorexia nervosa and bulimia; and

(5)  2 members appointed by the Governor, representing
the public; and

(6)  1 member appointed by the Governor who formerly
suffered from an eating disorder and is a member of the Maryland
Association of Anorexia and Bulimia, appointed by the Governor;
and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Governor designate the Chairman of the
task force on eating disorders; and be it further;

RESOLVED, That the task force on eating disorders report its
findings and recommendations to the Governor by July 1, 1987; and
be it further;

RESOLVED, That the Governor shall appropriate staff
resources to staff the task force, and be it further

RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution be forwarded by the
Department of Legislative Reference to the Honorable Harry
Hughes, Governor of Maryland, the Honorable Melvin A. Steinberg,
President of the Senate of Maryland, the Honorable Benjamin L.
Cardin, Speaker of the House of Delegates, and the Honorable
Adele Wilzack, R.N., M.S., Secretary of the Department of Health
and Mental Hygiene, 5th Floor, 201 W. Preston St., Baltimore, MD
21201.

Commission on Education in Agriculture

FOR the purpose of requesting the Governor to establish a
Commission on Education in Agriculture to study existing
programs and policies concerning education in agriculture;
grades kindergarten through 12, vocational agriculture on
the secondary level, postsecondary technical training, and
teacher training in agriculture at the university level; and
