(i) Less than completely and opaquely covered
human genitals, pubic region, buttocks, or female breast below a
point immediately above the top of the areola; or

(ii) Human male genitals in a discernibly
turgid state, even if completely and opaquely covered.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

Procurement Law - Interest on Contract Appeal

FOR the purpose of providing for the accrual of interest, at a
certain rate, on an amount due to a party under a judgment

providing for an exception if the amount is reduced as a
result of judicial review; and generally relating to
judgments decisions of the Board of Contract Appeals.
