Budget Bill

(Fiscal Year 1987)

AN ACT for the purpose of making the proposed appropriations
contained in the State Budget for the fiscal year ending
June 30, 1987, in accordance with Article III, Section 52 of
the Maryland Constitution; and generally relating to
appropriations and budgetary provisions made pursuant to
that section.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That subject to the provisions hereinafter set forth
and subject to the Public General Laws of Maryland relating to
the Budget procedure, the several amounts hereinafter specified,
or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to accomplish the
purposes designated, are hereby appropriated and authorized to be
disbursed for the several purposes specified for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 1986, and ending June 30, 1987, as hereinafter
indicated.

Section 128(e). The amount shown
herein is an estimate; it is the
intention that the amount to be
distributed shall be the actual
