(1)   [Name] NAME each contractor;

(2)   [State] STATE the amount and type of each

construction, OR CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES procured OR REAL
PROPERTY LEASED; and

(4)   [Describe] DESCRIBE the basis for the
[noncompetitive] award.

(b) Within 90 days [following] AFTER the close of [the]
EACH fiscal year, each department shall make [an annual] A report
to the Governor, AND subject to § 2-1312 of the State Government
Article, [and] to the General Assembly of [contracts] EACH
CONTRACT for services, CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES,
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES, AND ENGINEERING SERVICES THE PRICE OF
which [exceed] IS MORE THAN $100,000 THAT WAS AWARDED during the
preceding fiscal year. The report shall:

(1)   [Name] NAME each contractor;

(2)   [State] STATE the amount and type of each
contract; and

(3)   [Describe] DESCRIBE the [personal] services,
CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES, ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES, OR
ENGINEERING SERVICES procured.

(C) WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER THE CLOSE OF EACH FISCAL YEAR,
EACH DEPARTMENT SHALL MAKE A REPORT TO THE GOVERNOR, AND, SUBJECT
TO § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT ARTICLE, TO THE GENERAL
ASSEMBLY OF EACH CONTRACT THAT WAS AWARDED DURING THE PRECEDING
FISCAL YEAR AND THAT, BECAUSE THE CONTRACT WAS REASONABLY
EXPECTED TO BE PERFORMED ENTIRELY OUTSIDE THIS STATE AND THE
DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WAS EXEMPT FROM THE NOTICE REQUIREMENTS OF
§§ 11-110(B)(2)(III) AND ll-lll(C) OF THIS SUBTITLE.

[(c)] (D) Within 90 days after the close of each fiscal
year, the [board] GOVERNOR shall make a report, subject to §
2-1312 of the State Government Article, to the General Assembly
of each expedited procurement approved under § [13-205(c)]
11-113(B) OF THIS SUBTITLE.

[(d)] (E) Within 90 days after the close of each fiscal
year, subject to § 2-1312 of the State Government Article, the
[department] DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND FISCAL PLANNING shall make
a report to the board and the General Assembly of each class of
procurement for which the noncompetitive negotiated procurement
method has been approved under § [13-207] 11-115 OF THIS
SUBTITLE.
