AN ACT concerning

Living Wills - Witness Qualifications

FOR the purpose of altering bases for disqualifying a witness to
a "Living Will" declaration; clarifying language; providing
that this Act shall have a prospective effect; and generally
relating to the witness qualifications for a "Living Will".
