AN ACT concerning

Somerset County - Alcoholic Beverages
Licenses - Hours of Sale

FOR the purpose of repealing certain conflicting provisions of
law concerning the hours of sale for all alcoholic beverages
licenses in Somerset County; altering the hours for sales of
certain alcoholic beverages licenses in the County; and
generally relating to the hours of sale of alcoholic
beverages licenses in Somerset County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

82.

The hours specified in §§ 83 to 85, inclusive, of this
article, shall apply except as modified by §§ 86 to 105,
inclusive, of this article.
