THE MARYLAND ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO TAX ENFORCEMENT UNIT.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning
Worcester County - Environmental Health -
Sanitary Commissions Commission - Connections
FOR the purpose of authorizing certain sanitary commissions the
sanitary commission of Worcester County in the State to set
benefit assessments and connection charges to pay certain
costs; requiring certain sanitary commissions the sanitary
commission of Worcester County to make certain connection
charges equal at least to certain actual costs or certain
average costs of making the connection; requiring certain
sanitary commissions the sanitary commission of Worcester
County to determine certain connection charges to be the
same on each side of a way; authorizing certain sanitary
commissions the sanitary commission of Worcester County to
determine the time and manner of certain connections to
certain properties; authorizing certain sanitary commissions
the sanitary commission of Worcester County not to construct
a connector to certain properties; authorizing certain
sanitary commissions the sanitary commission of Worcester
County to use excess revenues from connection charges in
certain ways; and generally relating to connection charges
and connections between water and sewage systems and
property served by the systems in Worcester County.
