(6)  THERE SHALL BE A COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENT AND A
PROVISION FOR A CASH REFUND OF CONTRIBUTION, PLUS INTEREST, FOR
PERSONS TERMINATING EMPLOYMENT.

(7)  THIS PENSION PLAN SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE ON JULY
1, 1986.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Frederick County - Alcoholic Beverages License - Hotel or Motel

FOR the purpose of altering certain room and service requirements
for the issuance of a special Class B (on-sale) beer, wine
and liquor license to hotels and motels in Frederick County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

19.

(1) (4) (i) Any bona fide hotel or motel in Frederick
County may obtain a special Class B (on-sale) beer, wine and
liquor license issued by the clerk of the court of Frederick
County providing:

1.  It is an establishment for the
accommodation of the public providing services ordinarily found
in bona fide hotels and motels;

2.  It contains no less than [70] 15
rooms;
