may not destroy any part of the fencing about the preserve or
refuge in any manner nor enter into the preserve or refuge and
drive or attempt to drive away any game bird or mammal except
with the written consent of the owner of the preserve or refuge.

(b) No person may aid or abet another to violate the
provisions of this section.]

(a)  Any person desiring to establish and operate a
regulated shooting ground first shall obtain a permit from the
Department.

(b)  The Department may issue a regulated shooting ground
permit if the Department determines that the establishment and
operation of it does not conflict with any reasonable prior
public interest. The fee for the permit is $25 a year.]

The Department, by rule or regulation, shall govern and
prescribe the size of the area, the method of hunting, the open
and closed seasons, and the release, possession, and use of
propagated game birds. The Department may permit the hunting of
the following game birds only: wild turkey, pheasant, bobwhite
quail, chukar partridge, and mallard ducks. The Department may
require reports it deems necessary for the operation of regulated
shooting grounds.]

[10-909.

(a)  Any person desiring to hunt on any regulated shooting
ground first shall obtain a special license. However, a person
holding a resident or nonresident hunter's license may not be
required to obtain the license prescribed by this section.

(b)  The Department may issue a special license to hunt on
any regulated shooting ground only for wild turkey, pheasant,
bobwhite quail, chukar partridge, and mallard ducks. The
Department shall issue the special license upon payment of a
$3.50 license fee.

(c)  The license shall bear the signature of the Secretary
and shall be countersigned by the issuing agent who at the same
time shall fill out a stub attached to the license blank, the
name and address of the licensee. He then shall detach the stub
and mail it to the Secretary the first day of each month. The
agent shall retain 50 cents as compensation for issuing each
license. The agent shall deliver the properly executed license to
the applicant in person or by mail without further cost. The
licensee shall insert his name in ink on the license at the time
of purchase.
