COMMISSIONERS MAY SELL AT A PUBLIC OR PRIVATE SALE ANY REAL
PROPERTY OWNED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, IF THE BOARD
OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS:

1.  DETERMINES THAT THE PROPERTY IS NO
LONGER NEEDED FOR ANY PUBLIC USE; AND

2.  SUBJECT TO THE PROCEDURES OF THE
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, PROVIDES ADEQUATE NOTICE AND A HEARING ON
THE SALE OF THE REAL PROPERTY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Certification of Nuclear Medical Technologists and
Radiation Technologists

FOR the purpose of providing for the adoption of separate rules
and regulations by the Board of Dental Examiners and the
Board of Medical Examiners, respectively, concerning the
training, qualification, certification, and regulation of
certain nuclear medical technologists and radiation
technologists; requiring the Boards to define certain terms;
providing for certain qualifications as requirements for
certification by the appropriate Board; requiring that after
a certain date a person must be certified before the person
practices nuclear medical technology or practices radiation
technology; prohibiting after a certain date the employment
of certain individuals as nuclear medical technologists or
radiation technologists unless certified; providing for the
continuation of certain persons' right to practice nuclear
medical technology or radiation technology; requiring the
Boards to make a certain report by certain dates; and
generally relating to the certification and regulation of
nuclear medical technologists and radiation technologists.
