THE APPLICANT MUST MEET THE EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS OF § (E) EXAMINATIONS. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS SUBTITLE, THE APPLICANT 2-303. EDUCATION. (A) IN GENERAL. IN ADDITION TO THE OTHER QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LICENSE SET (B) CURRICULUM. THE APPLICANT MUST HAVE COMPLETED FOR THE DEGREE A (1) A MAJOR IN ACCOUNTING; OR (2) A SUBSTANTIAL EQUIVALENT TO A MAJOR IN (C) INSTITUTION AWARDING DEGREE. THE DEGREE REQUIRED BY THIS SECTION SHALL BE AWARDED BY ANY (1) A MEMBER OF THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF (2) ACCREDITED BY OR IS A CONSTITUENT UNIT OF AN (I) THE MIDDLE STATES ASSOCIATION OF COLLEGES (II) THE EQUIVALENT REGIONAL ACCREDITING (3) RECOGNIZED AND APPROVED BY THE BOARD. (D) DETERMINATION OF CURRICULUM EQUIVALENCY.
