Ch. 766

PENSION, RETIREMENT, PROFIT SHARING, OR DEFERRED COMPENSATION
PLAN, OR BOTH.

[(b)] (C) The court may reduce to a judgment any monetary
award made under this section, to the extent that any part of the
award is due and owing.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Queen Anne's County - Master Electricians - Licenses

FOR the purpose of altering the application procedures and
requirements for obtaining a master electrician's license in
Queen Anne's County; providing for examinations, examination
procedures, and examination criteria for master electrician
licenses in Queen Anne's County; providing for an appeal
procedure for those whose application for master electrician
licenses have been rejected; altering the fee to be paid for
renewal of a master electrician license; requiring the
renewal fee to be paid by a certain date; providing a
penalty for failure to comply with the renewal date;
altering certain definitions; and generally relating to
master electrician's licenses.
